NASCAR2 Demo problems!

Okay, so I was lucky enough to be able to get in and download the NASCAR2
demo.  Trouble is, now it won't install.  After unzipping the file with the
-d parameter, I run the installer (install.exe), but it gives me a whole
bunch of "path not found" error messages, then says that the installation
was successful.  All it does is create a bunch of empty directories, the
same ones that exist after unzipping.

If I try to run N2DEMO just from the extracted zipfile (without running
install), it looks like it's starting, but then just quits after the memory
check (I have 586K conventional free).  This is on a P90 w/16Mb RAM.

Anyone else having a problem getting this to run?  Please e-mail me in
addition to posting since my news server is slow.

 Be sure you put the ZIP file in a dir called N2DEMO. Their batch install file (INST1.BAT)
assumes this directory.

Actually, I didn't even run INSTALL after I unzipped it (with the -d). I just ran SETUP, and
went from there.
