F12K Anti-Skid Patch

A number of messages in this NG make reference to an "anti-skid" patch
for F12K.  I've checked www.bhmotorsports.com.  They have lots of
patches and utilities, but none called anti-skid.

Can anyone point me to the right place to download this patch?  And even
more important, what does the patch do for the sim?
