Mad Mikey and I have had our evaluation copies since the
middle of last week and we have logged several hours on
the modem play.
Our recommendation: 19200 connection with two bars of detail
OFF. Or, 1 bar of detail on.
This produced VERY playable results for us. We did several
multi-hour sessions and were quite pleased.
Use the "alt-d" key to turn two bars of detail off.

On direct connect: recommend 57600 and use the "stand alone"
detail levels on both machines. I've logged over 30 hours
of direct connect and it too is quite good.
