Enforcing is a different story, but yes.. it is ILLEGAL to use in N3/NL.
The track was released as a DEMO product for Daytona (ISC). It is not
technically a papyrus product release.
Even if you purchased the program and obtained Daytona the track, its
purposeful use was not to be used in N3 or NL. Im not lawyer and don't
pretend to be but Im relaying information posted by Sierra/Papy.

The moderator has given false information regarding the legal use of the
Daytona tracks. Please refer to my post with the subject line "Daytona
Clarifiction". It is *not* within the boundries of the license to use these
tracks outside of the Demos provided in the Daytona 500 Interactive program
guides. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
