I hope your brother hasn't purchase it yet.  I did and found a ***
little surprise.  Their site says most software is OEM (big deal if
you don't care about getting a box or a manual).  In the case of the
McAfee software however, OEM means 180 day trial version.  (Software
will only work for six months).

According to free-irewards customer support, the phrase "six months of
upgrades and support" highlighted in red in the ad should have let me
know that this was a trial version. (Gee, how could I have missed
that...)

Buyer beware (at least at free-irewards).

Here's a better deal for anyone interested. Go to www.dragon.ca and order a
copy of Norton SystemWorks Professional Edition (OEM $35.00 CAD). No
restrictions on OEM version and manual comes on cdrom, just like retail
version.  Retail version costs $150.00 CAD up here. This package has Norton
Anti Virus, Roxio GoBack, Norton Ghost, Norton Clean Sweep, FAX software,
Norton Utilities (bunch of useful stuff like WinDoctor, DiskDoctor,
Defragger etc.). For firewall just download free version of Tiny Personal
Firewall. Can't beat that for $35.00 CAD. Ghost in a standalone package
costs almost $100.00 CAD here.

You know what you can do with it after the 180 days. I thought there was a
catch (and I read through the site pretty good) originally thought it was
one of the "Book of The Month" type deals.
