Patched ICR2 Michigan Setup help needed

After patching ICR2, I just can't seem to get a stable race (full
tank) setup any more. No matter what i try to adjust, the right rear
tire heats up to 300+ deg. F in a matter of 3 or 4 laps.  Before the
patch I was able to run 40 flat out laps before the tires would go
away. Any suggestions?
