THRUSTMASTER GAME CARD

by Tony Kloosterma » Sat, 26 Dec 1998 04:00:00

I have used a thrustmaster game card for past 2 years without problem.
Loaded win98 and now my comp indicates that the joystick is disabled.
I cannot seem to fix. I must be missing something. Can anyone give me
sugggestion as toi what to do.
BTW when I go to the trustmaster pro panel I select t1 wheel and the
when I go to calibrate it goes off the end of the scale and does not
respond to any input.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Tony

I would go to TM's website <http://www.thrustmaster.com> and under
support there should a link to the ACM card.  I would try all of the
various solutions listed to "defeat" your PNP soundcard so you can get
your ACM to work.

Win98 has likely 'reactivated' your old soundcard's gameport. It can't
coexist as active with the ACM gamecard.

What type of Gamecard do you have?
