Don't bother. CART wants MONEY MONEY MONEY for
their name to be used, and they don't talk to software
publishers. Publishers may go to them when they have
a CART type game ready to be released, but that means
you need a developement studio who's working on such
a title first, and no studio would work on such a product
unless they have a firm commitment on the license issue
first since it's such a NICHE product (it's virtually useless
without the license). It's a true Catch-22.
