Question for Mr. Genter

Are there any plans for creating a Homestead track, since the the
Miami road course was not included in ICR2?

Also, is it possible to create a track editor, where we can create our
own tracks for ICR2?

Thanks for your time.

There are no plans to produce the Homestead track at this time. There is
also no plan to produce a track editor; there is no single track editor
that
we use, rather we use a number of in-house tools to produce a track. The
tools are far from production quality and it is not worth it to us to make
them
production quality for the limited market they would have. (Unless, of
course,
you'd be willing to spend $250,000 to buy them?)

Any discount for Cash?

Why not put the file specifications in the public domain, and let the
people do their own editors?  I know it would be no small task, with
grip levels etc, but it would be fun.

Just think you could stop all those F1GPx is better than IndyCar, by
allowing us to play the two on the same tracks!

While I'm on the subject.  Why not put out the track API, that way ISO
could ratitfy it; cominality for all driving sims!  I'm sure that this
would not be too much work 8-)

We don't have $250.000, we are already going to spend that on the F1GP2 Track
Editor, since since 1994 all tracks have either changed drastically, or have
been replaced by other races.
