Hi Chuck, your best bet for such a thing is to find the public news server

localnews.ten.net

and once there you'll find a newsgroup called "ten.games.simulation.nascar"

This is where all the NROS heavies (and me who is hardly a heavy) and a
couple TEN representatives hang out. Lots of tips are offered, some
venting of spleens and entertaining tales from the war show up in about
100-150 new posts a day there.
