I am using the Ferrari at Hockenheim on ace level, and my top speed on
the straight with no rear downforce is 206 mph. I did notice however,
that my team mate is pulling 209 on the first straight. How can this be,
I thought rear downforce, or the lack of it governed top speed. How can
I adjust my car to do 209 mph on the straight as well?

Adjust your gear ratios, although I haven't been able to get
beyond 207mph without slipstreaming. My top speed is 224mph,

I`m not sure, but the reason might be that if chose the 2nd driver on the
team you would have to edit the performance on the GP2.exe to be the same
or better than the other driver. There is a performance editor but I
don't have the site handy.
