need help with N2 3dfx !

I have a new Gateway 2000 with 128 megs ram with a 3dfxinteractve voodoo2
with 12
megs ram........when I try to start N2 in 3dfx mode the game starts to boot
up
but when it gets down to where it says double buffering it just hangs there
and I have to reboot the computer. I am totally new to 3dfx and any help
would be greatly appreciated.............thanks.....L.West

I would recommend getting the latest updates for your particular card.
If you need some particular help, drop me an e-mail and I'll try to point
you in the right direction
