To quote another member of The Pits, "It's what Nascar 2 should have been".

Just kind of wondering what everyone else's impressions of the games are.  I am
an N2 *** so I'm pretty biased.  One of the biggest things I've noticed,
other than the exclusion of Pocono; is that the computer AI seems to drive much
better.  The computer drivers seem to block you more, and I've also notcied

Well i was "lucky" enough to be sick when EB got it in today. I loaded it up
and then fought with the controls for hours. Finally, I loaded up in DOS and it
worked. I was glad to see how easy it was to add my N2 cars and set-ups. The
new tracks will definetly keep me busy once I'm back on my feet. One cool thing
I did see was at Bristol. Rusty actually came down on Martin and they both
spun. I checked the replay to be sure, and it was definetly two cars gettting
together instead of one spinning and taking out the other.

Overall, pretty good. What little I've raced on it, I do like the
improved RACING AI... but I'm thoroughly dissappointed in the AI during
the start at many races.  The bunching up simply takes a tremendous
amount of enjoyment from it.  It's not apparent at all tracks... but
those that it is... quite bad.

Have fun...

<snip>

I have the same complaint.  It's nearly impossible to get a good clean start
at Sears Point or Watkins Glen, and Tally is ridiculous.  Can someone please
come up with updated LP files, or whatever you do to fix this?  Will the LP
files transfer over from N2?
