Controller in NFS?

Controller in NFS?

Just bought NFS and really wanted to use my T2 and pedals with it.
Near as I can tell the game supports the wheel, but not the pedals.
Now, I don't know about you guys, but steering with the wheel, and
throttling with the keyboard isn't my idea of fun.

Is everyone using a joystick for this game?

I just figured it out (after posting the same question yesterday). In
your T2 box you'll find a little adapter, a plug that fits in between
the pedals and your gameport. It allows the wheel/pedal combo to be
configured as one joystick under games like NFS. It works great, enjoy
your driving!

First you'll have to hang the converter that came with your T2. This
is for getting both axes (steering and throttle/brakes) on the first
joystick port.
Now if you're having troubles calibrating the axe for the
throtlle/brake I had the same problem and here is how a manage to get
it working:

Unplug your T2, plug in your good ol'standard joystick (wheech!!) and
calibrate it in TNFS. Get out of NFS, turn off your PC. Now if you
plug back in your T2, you schould be able to calibrate both axes and
enjoy riding without looking like and octopus!
