I still have this but it won't run on my newer system: Athalon 1900+
using an ATI graphics card. Short of dragging out my old setup, is there
   any way for me to play this game? Probaly not since it's a DOS game
that uses a Voodoo card. But I'll ask anyway.

IIRC I had it running in software mode.  I tried a few different glide
wrappers but never got past the 3dfx splash screen.
