Turn on either Bank or Hills texturing and you'll see them.
I don't know why GC did it this way, kinda a dumb idea IMO

Try turning on "hills" it works at Germany too.

In real F1 races people often sit on the hills to watch races.

I remember hearing an announcer once say that at SPA a seat in the wet
grass on a hill was over $250.00 US.

Don't forget also that there's no-one in the stands when you're practising or,
as I recall, during qualifying.
