Recently, I get STCC2. This is suitable for the break in GPL :-)
In STCC2 game lobby, I found a menu "formula". Can I play "formula" type
car in STCC2? If so, how? Is there a cheat code??

I found easy way for getting formula car in STCC2
In windows registry, change from 0 to 1 in both \gamewinnersSTCC and STR in
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Digital Illusions
\STCC 2\Configurations\Default.
Yes, it is not well modelling as you advised and it is likely not to
presence any downforce in spite that they have wings.
But I'm very surprised their acculation when off anti-slip and automatic
gear. I think driving control for them is more difficult than GP3 without
any driver assistants.......
