N4 Patch query

N4 Patch query

  When I start my Nascar 4 program it says N4.1.0.1.1. Is this the original
version of N4? How can I find out what patch to install to update the
program?
  I have downloaded both the US (n4.1.1.0.0_us.exe) and the International
(n4.1.1.1.0_int.exe) patch. Which one do I need to install?

That is the original release of the International version.  You need the
International patch (n4.1.1.1.0_int.exe).
