I have read that when you are in the pits getting repairs you can leave
early be hitting the "enter" key. Also that F9 should tell you how long
repairs shoud take. It may be in the manual, i'd have to look it up.

The point is neither of these work for me. Does anybody know what's up? I
have ver. 1.03 .

For me, F9 tells if damage is being fixed or not but not how long it wil
ltake,  but the enter button does work if im in the F9 screen 1st before
pressing enter. Havent ever tried hitting enter when not in F9 screen
though..

There is no way (that I know of) to see how long it will take for repairs.
That's the bad news.  The good news is that you CAN stop them doing repairs.
Hit F9, then hit enter.  In the info screen on the bottom right, you should
now be able to read "Don't do repairs", and your spotter should confirm this
by saying it.  Anywhere from 2-10 seconds later, the pit crew will stop, and
you will be clear to go.  The reason for the 2-10 second delay (I think) is
so that the pit crew can finish repairs to make you driveable (Missing
Tires). Then you are released.  Hope this answers your question.

I usually turn the F9 screen off before I get to the pits. So that's my
problem.
