I don't know what it is, but ever since N3 days, I've always been much
better at fixed setup races  - this obviously shows I know poop about
setups, but...well, are there any fixed setup leagues out there?

Pretty much the same here. I like fixed setups because then I just learn to
drive the car as is instead of trying to make it do what I want. Most of the
time I just make it worse.

"Shameless plug mode on"   Here's a link to the league I run Colin, fixed
setups.  We're in the middle of a season now, eight races left, but will
have a couple openings after that.

I posted the same on the Racesim central rascar forum awhile back, but any
rascarers (new word ?<G>) I've raced against/some recommend, are welcome,
fwiw.

Yep, a lot of the racarfarians are Europeans, so doesn't do much good
there :(

  Thanks for looking.

For the European Rascafarians the ESCORS leagues might be a good place to
join... they run a serious set of leagues, the best in Europe as far as I
know. The roster of the top divison holds guys like Huttu, Moses, Wilke and
so on.
This is NOT a fixed setup league though.

Try these guys: http://weekdayracingleague.homestead.com/

They run either Wednesday or Thursday and I believe they start their
races around 11am ET. Fixed set-ups(fast), yellows on, 50% distance.
Pretty strict rules to prevent idiots from messing things up. They have
an open set-up league also that run 35% distance, not sure when they
run.

Cheers,

Gary
