Hmmm... blue on bluesnews just posted about how he used Powerstrip to really
fix up his computer by adjusting the PCI Latency timings. There is an
article at http://www.racesimcentral.net/
now I am wondering, maybe this can fix the GPL SB live XP stuttering? Im
gonna start to try to mess with it, does anyone know anything more about
these settings?

The Live stuttering fix is fairly well-known now:  resampling the GPL
sounds.  There's a current thread on racesimcentral gpl forum.

Almost!  11 3/4 to be exact.  Nevertheless, there is a thread on
racesimcentral on fixing static etc, by resampling the GPL sounds.
