T1 thrustmaster

Hi all,

I'm thinking of getting a T1, but have a few questions...

Are the accel/brake pedals analog, i.e. can you feather
the throtle or tap the brake?

How durable are they? Can young one's use it, or is
it just for big kids :)

How many games is it usable with, Nascar obviously,
but what others.

Any help or alternate hardware suggestions welcome.

TIA,

CR Ridl

Yes.  It's pretty much just like driving a real automobile.

I've only had mine for about a week now, but it seems to be of good
quality construction.  I'd seen some posts here about the springs
breaking in the pedals and was concerned about it.  I emailed

newer models were not as apt to break springs, but they are sending me
some extra's anyway......free of charge!!

Not sure about this, but I would think it's compatible with any
driving sim.

I was originally playing Nascar with a CH Flightstick, where the fire
button provided either flat out accelerate or coast.  When I needed
breaks, the car looked like a rocking horse.  Short tracks like
Martinsville and Bristol were next to impossible.  But with the
Thrustmaster, it's a whole new game.  It was well worth the $140 I
spent to get it.
