Nascar : Any way to convert .rpy to .avi?

Does anyone know of a way to convert a Nascar1 replay to an avi file?
Had a horrid wreck in my last offline league race and my team mate
wants to put it on the website as an avi.

Nope, unfortunately not - it's something I asked Papyrus about a few months
ago.
However, why not just post the .RPY file. Chances are that anyone who would
be interested in viewing it also already owns N1 so can load and view it
there (providing you publish the circumstances under which it was recorded
i.e. which track and how many cars you had in the race at the start)
