Use 12.90's because of one game? Bollocks.

Sorry, been tryin out Outlook Express under XP instead of my usual trusty
Agent news reader and not quite used to it. With that being said, is there
anyway to make OE stop from wanting me to top post by default?

Doesn't Agent work under XP?? I don't wanna downgrade to Outlook when
I upgrade to XP (in a year or two that is)

Thank You! I've been saying the same thing. If 90% of my games work well
with the latest driver, I ain't gonna go back a version just for one game.

(F1 2001 mostly for me in windowed mode with the 21.83 drivers by the way,
just the mirrors don't work. I've let it lie until the patch arrives,
though).

This goes a bit OT now but nevermind.
I had my probs too when switching on the FF. But few hours later you cannot race
without anymore. FF gives you one more 'input-dimension', which is highly
appreciated, since we don't rub our butts over the tarmac in real <a great
input-dimension too>
Especially in longer races FF is extremely important, since it decreases
tire-overheating tremendously.

John, about the pedals:
Check out my webpage, pedal-section. I converted the pedals (with a bit of
experience a 10 minutes job) to 'pressure sensitive brakes'. Pedal travel is no
more issue, you simply jump on the brake-pedal and where the mechanical
resistance starts, also the tire-squeeling starts.
Works really nicely :-)

Yea, Agent works fine under XP. Just giving the latest version of OE a trial
run.
