F1 RS Problem

F1 RS Problem

I'm running F1 with a STB Velocity 4400 w/detonator drivers (.48).   The
game crashes to windows just when racing is about to begin.   So I click on
start race, and the load screen comes up.  After the bar at the bottom is
filled, it crashes to windows.

Can anyone help?  

My system:

PII400
64 megs ram
DirectX 6.1

I have the same problem using a p266 w/canopus pure 3d I hope someone has a
solution to this prob.
