I started playing Nascar Racing 2003 a couple of months ago, despite
knowing practically nothing about the sport. I have watched it a
couple of times on TV, but it doesn't e*** me much. I love playing
the game though. On the surface it may look a very dumbed down sport,
but it is full of subtleties that makes it a great sport, and a great
contender for a computer game.

"but to make a computer game from it just doesn't make sense."

LOL, yea.. all of the money they make from the game just makes no sense

'leaving the player with nothing to do but set this alarm clock to wake him
up before the next bend
so he can twitch the joystick"

Go run 30 laps at Darlington (at full speed, not putzing around) and then
come back and tell us that.    First of all though, you should definately
try something other than Daytona/Dega by yourself. Its obvious that is what
you are baseing this on.

You may commence trolling ...

Weird. My 2 closest bikes to the 70's (my 67 Honda Super Sport, and 87
Cagiva WMX250), sure look and feel real. You can even ride them, and tune
them, and put gas in them. I'll have to check my newer Suzuki and Honda too.
You have me nervous now Jason. Maybe someone has been selling me bikes all
my life that arent real.
How many did you buy before you found that 70's Triumph that made you
realize the truth about motorhuckles ? I love this X-Files shit.. :)

Wow...my experience and opinion exactly.  A big "ditto" from me for Ron's
comments.

I want to know when they plan to come out with the version where you can call the guy who spins you out names and get your crew
to jump on the car a la Kevin Harvick ;-)
