For what it's worth I just got a similar rumble pad from Logitech. (My
Thrustmaster 360 Modena wheel keeps breaking every 2 weeks. I'm on my 4 th
one.)
Anyway twin joystick ff pad works in NR2002 and Win XP Pro just fine.
Am actually having more fun (albeit running slower) then when I use the non
ff wheel. Much more feedback and I get a much more vivid feel of controling
a car that is on the edge. Makes me really want to get a decent ff wheel
but I have to find one that has hand controlled analog paddles for
acceleration and braking. That's the reason I got the rumble pad in the
first place.
Keep tinkering, it will be worth it.

For my Logitech no. Just the USB drivers it (XP) will install itself when
it detects the pad.
