By "getting used to the PBM", I meant in comparison to the old TM pedals
I was using.  With them, the pressure was consistent through the entire
breaking process. With the PBM2 module, it's more pressure the further
you go.  It's just a muscle memory thing at this point. My pdeal unit
isn't walking, and the chair isn't moving.

The good thing is that if I do decide that I need the Instant***pit, I
can always just buy it. No big deal (but I hope it's not red - grin).

No, you're not plonked. :)  Even Dave isn't plonked, but, well, you
know.  I'm an obstinate SOB with a solid case of I'm right, he's wrong,
and it doesn't look like anything's gonna change that. :)

BTW, my homemade shifter works brilliantly (if not just a little clumsy
to setup and take down. It shows up as buttons 10 and 15.
