Added the ability to set the game to use more cpu cycles. Someone
mention it last week, and after trying it, I do notice a snapier  
response time moving from screen to screen (I tried it at the "Highest"
setting), but other than that I didn't see much difference.

Thanks John.  Seems to help on my system as well.  This is such a great
program.  Totally eliminates problems with multiple series installs,
like sound folders, and does so much more.  Anyone running NR2003
should check this program out.

John,
  D3PP has been a great help getting all NASCAR Mods using the proper sounds
every time.  Using the sound changer bats out there I still was having
problems.  I had never heard the pta sounds until I used D3PP.
