Is it possible to run a Matrox Mystique and a Rendition or 3Dfx at the
same time and have no problems?

The Rendition is a stand-alone video card. You would replace your Mystique
with a Rendition. The Diamond Monster 3D and Orchid Righteous 3D
(3DFX cards) would be installed in addition to your Mystique and work
fine with it.

As i understand it, you can use a 3dfx board in conjunction with a
rendition board of any other board as long as you have the 3dfx 3d only
board.  The rendition boards don't work in conjunction with other boards
though.  I think that there is a problem when trying to run two vga
boards at the same time, besides, the monitor can't plug into both cards
at the same time. The 3dfx uses a pass through that allows for it to be
run with an existing board whatever that might be.
