HotWheels PC steering wheel?

Has anyone besides me seen this? It's a PC (and vidgame?) steering wheel
branded and logo'd HotWheels, with all controls (looks to be about a
dozen buttons) on the semicircular steering wheel.

The only thing you need to find out is if the acclerator and brake work
on a seperate axis, I got burned buying the Grand Prix 1 when they were
both on joystick 1 Y-Axis. I now have a Nascar PRO and it has accel on
Joy1Y and brake on Joy2X, make sure any wheel you get does the same.
