FYI,

I was in Babbages this past weekend and noticed a new PC controller that
they had just gotten in, the UltraRacer PC by InterAct.  Basically this
is an RC style contoller with a steering knob, 6 buttons and a trigger
throttle.  It's the controller for the rest of us who don't have the
desk space or bucks for a wheel.

It worked out of the box with my old DOS games (NFS, GP2, N2) and all of
the Win95 games I've been playing (MTM2, TOCA, URP, etc...).  Babbages
seems to carry them and they are only $29.95.  It even has dual modes so
that your really old DOS games that need the pedals and wheel on a
seperate joystick will work as well.

I can only suggest that you check it out if you enjoy driving/racing
games/sims ...   You can also get some info here:

Enjoy...
Doug

p.s.  Not connected with InterAct in anyway, just a happy racer...

I've been using the UltraRacer PC in CART Precision Racing and it rules.
(Null Zone is 0. Speed Sensitive Steering is 100%. Non-Linear Steering is
20%)
At this setting the controller is quite responsive.
The racing knob centers itself quickly and accurately, unlike the T2s.
