That's called "realism".  If you're worried about not being able to
"catch up", race at a few of the short tracks instead of always racing
on the superspeedways.

If you look in the back of the manual, you'll see Dale Jr listed as a beta
tester, and I am fairly confident beta testers do not get paid.

The problem is, they do nothing.
And THAT is wrong.

Dale Jr has been playing the Papy games on his own since before he was a
tester for N4.  He also plays it on his own time..

I do not know about you, but even if I am paid to talk about a game, I would
not play it on my own time unless I really liked it

Why not ask him which game he played the most though :)

My biggest problem with N4 is the ***ai, this is the worse ai papy as ever
made, the wall riding, the lack of side by side racing, the unrealistic
flips (ala heat), the huge system requirements, friend of mine has a 950 cpu
with 256 megs of ram and a geforce 64 meg video card and he still can't run
the full field at the short tracks or road courses. Finally they still
haven't gotten the draft right or bumping drafting right at the big tracks.
Other than that I love the game. Also it's no sim , it's not a arcader but
it's not a simulator, Silicon Speedway is a simulator :)

Dale Jr. (and Kevin Harvick) were both beta testers.  They were beta
testers for the very special reason that they were real-life Nascar
drivers and who better to make a statement like that?  I think you're
reading too much into what Dale Jr said - he said it's "the closest
thing", not "the best", or "exactly".

He also endorses $50 plastic wheels but owns like 4-5 TSWs

Umm.. not everyone says something just for the money.  The man wrote a
review of the game and made very good points.

I don't feel any need to question his honor.

Exactly.. Little E is a gamer, just like us.  If you don't already
know you can find his reviews at http://www.bhmotorsports.com/
where he is a member.

The man takes his simming very seriously.

My words were exactly "the closest thing" so I took his words
correctly.  He also stated that this is the Nascar sim we have been
waiting for.. so uhhh.. what does THAT mean? :)
