You can change the controls in the demo, but only to different keys.  What
is the point of releasing a demo of a driving game without wheel/joystick
support anyway?

You can adjust the time limit, change cars and mess with a few other things
as well. I got this info from http://www.racesimcentral.net/

"In the folder \scripts\missions\ there is a file called mission661.dms.
Open it with a text editor and go to line 35 where you will see Countdown 60
file/demo timer. James sent this in as well: The timer goes all the way up
to 59 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds, if you turn the first "copoff" line in
the mission661.dms script it will turn the cop AI's on and more will come
help them. Also if you change the player car type from 0 all the way up to
10, it will change your car. 10 is a cop car."

took about 30 minutes to figure out how to move cause it only supports
keyboard in the demo and had a 60 second limit (I'm sure hoping
someone will crack that tonight :)
Anyway since there is no readme or any info, I thought I'd tell you
guys how to get the car moving

press "\" to accelerate
"z" to steer right
"x" to steer
"k"switched to a side view but had to be held down

anybody figure out any other ones?

From what little the demo is willing to show you, I'd say it's just like
Midtown Madness, except *good*.  (Really wish they'd have let you just
drive around without being pestered in the demo.  But then, I really wish
it had Wheel support in the demo, too.  But damn, what a nice frame
rate!)

Then, if you change the "wait" line (last but one line, just before "mission
ends") to, say 3599, you get more time just to drive around once you lose
the cop (which isn't hard 1 out of every 5 times you only need to drive out
of the garage on the not so obvious side to ditch him).

Looks like a great game (the map is large in comparison to MM), I am a
little worried about cruise mode, as these cars don't seem to want to go
slow. ;-)

Then I'm glad I grabbed it while I could!  This game could be great -
much bigger and much faster than MM.

I = View from behind the drivers seat

(allthough you dont see a steering wheel
all you see is the hood)

K = Look Left
L = Look Right
