Just installed N2 on my system.  Loaded game and it runs, but I get no sound
during game play.  When running the setup.exe file I get an error message
saying the following:

Setup V1.0
Running from C:drive
Unable to begin VGA graphics mode.

I have a soundblaster 16 soundcard, and I do get sound when running Nascar1
(settings 220,5,1).  Trouble is I can't get in to configure the settings on N2

I had a similiar problem with an ati mach 32 video card.  I ended up loading
scitech display doctor because the univbe on the n2 cd wouldn't work.  Took
right off after  display doctor though.

If you ran the univbe install with N2, try removing the univbe.* files
in your NASCAR2 directory.  You may have a problem with these drivers
and your video card.  If you card is new enough, it should already have
the vesa drivers you needed in its BIOS.  If not check with your video
card manufacturer for VESA drivers.

If you still have NASCAR1 on your disk, try copying the sound.cfg file
from the main directory to your NASCAR2 directory.
