Drivers:

Well ole Bill is laughing himself to death.

 He is still sitting pretty with his 212 mph lap.

 He says he heard alot about fast guys running these 220MPH laps,
huh!!!!

I heard him say as he left the garage.  "Rookies"

 I see that you like putting words in my mouth there smokkinu.What i said is
if I remember correctly that when I was first got the game and ran dega
without the restrictor plate that did 214's,but I'm not sure it could of
been 204's it's been a while since I ran without the plate and even ran the
game for that matter at all.But since you brought it up lets see what you
can put up there dave!!!!

  Really....I ran  a lap of 219.883 unrestricted at Tally in N1.  I
didn't know this was such a big deal.

and I believe that the phrase "more difficult" is an understatement.
I would go so far as to say "Impossible", at least, for a qualifying
lap.  I do believe that the 212.809 will go down, sooner or later .
someone out there can figure out how to go into that turn 3 at 222 mph,
and still come out of four at something above 205 or 206 .   and then
there's turns one and two.... geez, I gotta go practice   :)

Key phrase being N1, running a lap of that speed is more difficult in N2.
