Didn't someone ? St. James (the recient woman driver at Indy) test drive
a Ford Probe around Michigan at 220+ in the past?

You mean Nascar W.C. specific?

Do they keep track of who is the fastest driver since the restrictor
plates came along?

Comparing restrictors to non-restrictors (i.e. different rules) is like
non-restrictors to a CART vehicle.

I'll agree, Bill was the fastest during the rules of the past, but how
about under the current rules?

The track records are kept and at TALLY, be it restructure plate or not,
Mark Martin this year set the fastest 500 mile race. (No cautions if you
recall)
