A Question about F1 Championship Racing 2000

by Bad Sus » Wed, 06 Jun 2001 00:04:22

Heres my question, for those who might know...

Is there a way to race a Grand Prix or a championship without racing
99 laps?  the mere thought of that makes me swoon with boredom.  Its a
great game and all with the realism cranked but I dont have 2 hours to
spend on one track  LOL.

I see there is a "finish session" button, but when i hit it, all the
20 other racers go from lap 6 up to like 40 or 50, where as I stay at
6 laps.  I admit to knowing nothing about f1 racing or how it works,
but a little advice on how to have a fun racing season without going
kaka coo coo would  be lovely.

If you are talking about the EA sports title F1 Championship Season 2000
then yes there is. Its in the settings I believe its the difficulty section
but I'm not sure. You can set different race lengths for quick race and
Grand Prix. The season mode uses the Grand Prix settings.  The setting is a
percentage of the real race length so you won't be able to set all races to
the same number of laps.

If you are talking about Ubi-softs F1 Racing Championship I can't help on
that one because I don't own it, yet.
