Is this possible it installs and loads fine but whenever i try and do
any driving e.g. driving school or test day i get a send/don't send
message.

Specs are p4 ati radeon 9000 and plenty of ram.

Old game i know but i got it cheap recently.

I could never get F1 CS 2000 it to work with XP either.  Same problem
you're experiencing.  I would strongly recommend one of the later
versions of the F1 games by EA---F1 2001, f1 2002, and, the finest F1
sim made---F1 Challenge '99-'02.  I routinely see the first two titles
at places like Half-Price Books for pennies---but the latter game,
which is just terrific, is harder to find.  You might check e-bay.  Any
of these games should run well on your P4 and  radeon system.
