BUILD YOUR OWN SIMULATOR HELP

I'm not a real 'techie' or 'DIY' sort of person, but I am thinking of
building my own***pit (simulator).  Has anyone tried this?  Is it
possible without spending 1000's of dollars?  Does anyone know of any
good sites / links from where I might get more info on starting off my
project.  I would be grateful for any feedback.

if you have a good wheel/pedal system then you can build your own***pit
for about $20 and two hours with a sheet of plywood, mines awesome.

Have you posted plans?

I have a great monitor, wheel/pedals, vidcard, etc.--but would love a
***pit (don't tell my wife!).

Thanks!
