Are there any driving simulators that let you make your own tracks?

Are there any driving simulators that let you make your own tracks?

Several years ago (3-5) there were a couple stunt driving type games
that let you make your own tracks.  Are there any newer vesions that
allow slightly more realist track constuction.  Mainly I want to be able
to make any radius curve with any angle sweep.  Altitude and camber
would be awsome, but not needed.

Thanks for any ideas.

Well, got no ideas except for us to look into the files and make converters
manually, theres really no other way.

If you've got The Need For Speed you can use the track editor found
on The Pits and a few other sites to edit the existing tracks in the
game.

You'll need a little bit of DOS knowledge to use it but it enables you
to reshape the existing tracks and alter curves, camber altitude and a
lot of other stuff. The only limitation is that you can't make the
tracks any longer or shorter and can't change the graphics a lot
but it does work.

I did a series of tracks for the Unofficial NFS homepage which went
down rather well (oh how I remember the posts asking "how the hell do
you take that new chicane?!?" ;-) but at the moment I can't for the
life of me remember the URL.

I suggest you sear Alta Vista for The Unofficial NFS homepage,
Motodroma (one of my track names) or Neil Jedrzejewski and you should
find it.

There are hundred of other tracks there as well.

Cheers

Jed
