I agree on 2 of the recommendations: Sports Car GT and NFS:PU. Sports
Car GT especially since it has quite a convincing physics model and
IMHO has one of the best implementations of force feedback.
 I played TOCA2 a lot as well and liked some things about it; nice
graphics, very good weather affects and nice tracks. Even though I
found it fairly easy to get into initially, overall I found control to
be too sensitive and you definately had to tweak your car in the
garage to win.

driving NFS:PE.

Well, the horns on the earlier cars actually were a little camp. ;-)
