GP2: Sound bugs

Am I having problems or are there bugs in GP2 with the sound?  When I touch the
kerb going through a corner I do hear the 'RIB-RIB' noise, but not always on the
correct side of the car.  Most kerbs seem to generate the sound on the left of
the car, only a few on the right.
