Oh well, minor complaint, if nothing else, if you just let it go
maybe it'll work, which is better than it was before. Still waiting to
hear some reply on the lack of modem-supported 'season' play......

My opinions are MY opinions (so be gentle! :) )
BUT next time I tried it, I just let it be and after waiting something like
3-5 minutes it began working. So my assumption that the function works, but it
takes a while to gear up.
Anyone else seen this sort of behaviour?

--- In fact, I crashed out last night with 9 left at New Hampshire (that's
9 of 200! Boy was I wild! Dumb 'dolt' locking wheels with me! How DARE
him! I think I got his number, too... look out next time "lil Al"...
<stealthy turning "Car Damage" off to set-up a demo-derby >|) ). Anyway,
I digress... I turned on "A"ccelerated time and again it "appeared" to lock
up (the "accelerated time" message stopped flickering and the laps stopped
clicking off) but low-and-hold after a couple of minutes (only 9 laps left
remember) the end results came up and the race finished. Funny, It seems
to keep track of things on the screen there for a while, then it just
'freezes' and goes on it's merry way, but SEEMS to end up finishing the race
if you show the patience.
--- I second the fact, so far, that it does indeed work.
