Thanks! Does anyone know if they plan to offer a FF wheel in the
near future?

Thanks, Steve. I forgot I made this post here, and just realized I had not
put a link to BRD's site in it.

Wheel shopping

I have to agree with Tom here.  Four or five years ago there wasn't a great
choice of wheels in the U.K. and I came across the basic model, at that time
it was a Digital Edge F1 Sim (I think).  This was the wheel that I was using
when the GPL demo first came out and I instantly fell in love, both with the
sim and the wheel because finally there was something worth playing it with.
The wheel was very solid, apart from the cheap pedals, and the steering was
very accurate - which was essential in GPL.

However, after a many problems with the wheel/pedal pots. etc I gave up with
theDigital Edge ... I think that they may even be out of business now.  I
believe that the BRD guys also gave up on them too and from what I hear it
was because of this shoddy workmanship.

Unfortunately, when I was looking for a new wheel BRD possibly didn't exist
or weren't found on search engines anyway.  I have now spent too much money
with Act Labs to change, however I'm now wishing that I hadn't for many
reasons.  Given a new choice and the money, I'd go with 'real' BRD wheels
and upgrade as and when I could ... :o)

Cheers
