The NROS Web site hasn't had anything new to say for aaaawhile, is there
currently a way to transfer our Hawaii rank to NROS, or not???

No, that has not been implemented yet. I understand they are working on it
and should be soon.

Not just yet, but we're real close. It looks pretty solid in testing.
