OK, I've updated the list again.
http://members.tripod.com/pedx1ng/rasf1/

Now, it was getting too hard for me to keep track of duplicate car
requests, so what I've done is list them by the car in the order that I
saw them requested.

We have also come up against the 21 car limit.  So, are we going to allow
overflow? Or how about running a couple divisions?  The probelm with that
would be more work for Eldred as a host, so it would be up to him really.

Eldred- how have your hosting tests gone?  We don't yet know if it can
handle a 21 car grid, do we?

So, if it is something less than 21, does that mean races will be run on
a first come, first serve basis?

When do we plan to run?  (This is more up to Eldred I would imagine)

Anways, there is a lot of stuff to think about guys.  Let's have some
discussion on it!

And do we want to nominate a John Simmons/Bernie Ecclestone-type guy to
decide all these things for us? LOL

I'll go for 1)Button, 2)Massa, 3)Webber, 4) anybody else free.

Do *not* put me as DC. I can't stress that enough <g>

AFAIK each person should be able to set their own pit strategy in the setup
screen, or use the pit request key during the race.  Of course if each
person on a team decides on the same strategy we are still going to have
chaos.

In a pinch I'll settle for a Toyota or a Renault.

140.99.99.130:

I just checked on the website and it shows one Sauber and one Minardi free.
If those slots are still free can i join? I'll take any of those 2 free
slots, with preference for the Sauber.

Thanks,

Exactly.  That's how I found out about the pit problem.  I came into the pits
right before the other guy who was using the same driver.  He had to wait while
my car was serviced(like the screwups in real F1).  Funny thing is, he STILL
won the race! :-)
