rally trophy - i cant get dual axis working

My LWFF GP USB didn't work at first in spilt-axis.  After a few cycles of
Windows calibration then loading the game with it's defaults for the LWFF it
all started working perfectly.

I don't know what the cause was since for some reason I occasionally lose
split-axis calibration (in Windows not in a game) for no reason anyway so
I'm used to these problems.

Initially, the throttle on my pedals wouldn't work.  What fixed it was
removing 'throttle' from the wheel config, so that my pedals were the *only*
thing using 'throttle'.  That may be why the reset button works.
