N3 Multiplayer Help

When using multiplayer everything is ok until i get ready to pull out of the
pits.............the game shows "bad connnection" several times and then it
shows "losing connection" and then it locks up...

I've tried using different pings, and the latest beta patch..
and everything else that i know of.

No luck...

my system as follows

celeron 500
128 pc100 ram
diamond viper 550
56 k modem............think it's a software modem
soundblaster live   retail
36x cdrom
abit bx6 motherboard.

please help

This is most likely your problem. Get rid of that WinModem and invest in a
real genuine 3Com V.90
modem or someting similar
