Super 1 Karting Sim : question to racers...

First man I love this game.  I've requested midas entertainment and
interactive entertainment for a track editor and a internet play patch.
Hopefuly we'll see either with in time.  To help it come along go to
their sites and request these.

But for online play... I want a league of this.  This is a blast.
There's some testing for me to do.  I'm gonna test on heat.net.  Me and
a friend are both on cable and gonna test soon... see what results we
get.  Than if it's successful, I'll get more.  And more to try.  If this
works fine... atleast 4 per group, with 56k'ers able to race, I'll
organize a league.  And that's a promice.

Please e-mail me if you want to do some testing and\or are interested.
And please e-mail the programers and publishers about a patch.

Super 1 Karting Sim : question to racers...

I like the game too, but I am frustrated by the large dead zone in the
steering. I tried changing the deadzone parameter in the gp.cfg file, but it
didn't seem to help.

Do you know of any other changeable parameters that affect the steering
responsiveness? If I could get the steering nice and tight, I'd be one happy
racer.

Super 1 Karting Sim : question to racers...

yeah.  I just found it and am loving my new level of sensitivity.  In the gp.cfg
change dead zone to 0... and up the end zone.  The end zone precentage will
change the amount you must turn your wheel to make the stearing in the game go
to full lock.

Eg:
my wheel turns to the 7 and 5 o'clock areas at full turn.  With
endzoneprecentage=25, I only have to turn my wheel to the 9 or 3 o'clock area to
get a full turn in the game now.  Otherwise, it basicaly ups the sensitivity.

hope this helps.  :)

still looking for offers to test online...  and to help you to contact me icq :

see you on track.
